1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from or using RESINMASTER.NET, you confirm that you:

Have read and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return/Refund Policy.

2. Product Information & Custom Orders

Epoxy resin furniture is handmade, meaning variations in color, grain, and texture are natural and part of its uniqueness.
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit (percentage to be specified). Once production begins, cancellations may incur fees.
We provide digital previews (when possible), but final products may differ slightly due to material properties.

3. Purchases & Payment

Full payment is required before shipping for in-stock items. Custom orders follow a deposit + balance structure.

4. Shipping & Delivery

International: Available upon request (extra fees apply). The buyer handles customs/duties.
Risk of loss/damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Inspect packages immediately and report issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Due to the custom nature of epoxy resin furniture, returns are only accepted for defects/damages.
Refund/Replacement Process:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
2. We may arrange for inspection/return (the buyer covers return shipping unless the fault is ours).
3. Approved refunds/exchanges processed within 14 days.
Non-refundable: custom orders, changes of mind, or minor aesthetic variations.

6. Care & Liability

Our epoxy resin furniture is durable but requires proper care (avoid direct sunlight, extreme heat, and harsh chemicals).
Not liable for damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or natural wear over time.
